Using Kitsets 4 Months ago Karma: 0
I'm having trouble using kitsets. I don't want to use "make to parent" as I want to be able to backorder the components of the kitset, in other words have the kitset "non diminishing". Every time i enter this kitset on a sales order a form pops up asking about every component of the kitset when i just want it to backorder the items against their default bin location. any ideas?

My ultimate goal is to be able to backorder a group of inventory items in one hit not have to do it one by one

Hi Rob,
As soon as the kitsets in Greentree is enabled, Greentree will always display the prompt for unavailable inventory in SO Order Entry. So there does not appear to be a way to work around this.

How can you use the external integration / excel to add kitset lines to a sales order as i always get the error "Kitset requires components"
